NihonBulk provides B2B export trading services: product sourcing from Japanese manufacturers, export documentation preparation, and freight coordination. These terms govern your use of the nihonbulk.com website and any related services.

Submitting a sourcing brief does not constitute a binding order. A binding commitment only occurs upon execution of a signed Pro-Forma Invoice or Distribution Agreement. Pricing proposals are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.

Brands and products featured on this website are referenced for category-coverage purposes. NihonBulk sources through verified primary wholesalers and authorized distribution channels. We do not claim exclusive representation of any brand unless explicitly stated in a signed Distribution Agreement.

Manufacturer formulations, specifications, and proprietary data are disclosed under NihonBulk's phased disclosure policy. Full disclosure requires execution of a Distribution Agreement with appropriate confidentiality obligations.

NihonBulk is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, force majeure events, or actions of third-party manufacturers. Our liability is limited to the value of goods shipped under a confirmed order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan.
