NIHONBULK
The Engagement Model

Precision sourcing, in three steps.

We do not distribute blind product catalogs. Our model is requirement-first: you define the sourcing need, then we check source channel, available documents, destination constraints, and quote feasibility.

01

Submit your sourcing brief

Share your product requirements with as much specificity as possible. The more precise your brief, the faster and more competitive our response.

Category or SKUs

Target categories, brand names, or individual SKU/JAN codes.

Required volume

Units, cases, or pallet quantities required per SKU or per order cycle.

Destination & compliance

Target country and any known import or regulatory requirements.

02

We secure pricing & allocation

Within 3–5 business days, we deliver availability feedback or a customized wholesale pricing proposal — itemized by SKU, with Incoterms, MOQ, lead time, and document status.

Supplier verification

We confirm stock availability or production lead time from primary source.

Pricing negotiation

B2B wholesale pricing negotiated directly with manufacturer or primary wholesaler.

Pro-forma invoice

Full itemized quote with Incoterms, currency, document status, and destination-side assumptions.

03

Compliant export execution

From PO confirmation to export handoff, we handle the Japan-side steps within the agreed scope. Documentation is matched to the SKU, route, and destination requirements.

Export documentation

Certificate of Origin, SDS, commercial invoice, packing list, and customs filing via NACCS.

Freight coordination

Frequently asked questions.

What's the minimum order size?+

For LCL test orders, our floor is one pallet (typically 30–60 cases depending on category). For FCL, 20ft and 40ft container options.

How is your pricing structured?+

We provide an itemized wholesale quote per SKU including unit price, MOQ, lead time, and Incoterms (typically EXW Osaka or FOB Yokohama). Our margin is built into the quoted price — no separate handling fee.

Do you handle destination registration?+

We provide Japan-side supporting documents that are available for the SKU. Local registration, labeling approval, importer licensing, and market filings are completed by your team or your local regulatory consultant.

How do you protect supplier identities and product specifications?+

Phased disclosure. Phase 1: product names, public benefits, certifications. Phase 2 (after inquiry): unit price, basic specs. Phase 3 (after Distribution Agreement): full Certificate of Analysis, exact specifications.

What's your typical lead time?+

8–12 weeks from PO confirmation to delivery at destination port for stocked items. 14–20 weeks for items requiring production. Custom OEM programs run 16–24 weeks.

Can you arrange OEM or private-label production?+

Yes, for select manufacturer partners. OEM programs require minimum committed annual volumes — typically equivalent to 1+ FCL per year.

Do you accept Letters of Credit?+

Yes, irrevocable confirmed L/C from rated banks. Default payment terms for new buyers are 50% T/T deposit + 50% before B/L release. L/C preferred for orders above $100K.

How do I start?+
