How we reduce sourcing risk before a quote leaves Japan.
Institutional buyers do not need slogans. They need a traceable source channel, an honest document list, and a clear view of what remains the buyer's responsibility in the destination market.
Source-channel verification
We distinguish manufacturer-direct, primary wholesaler, authorized distributor, and open-market sourcing so the buyer knows exactly what type of channel is being proposed.
Document list before PO
Every proposal names the documents expected for that SKU: origin certificate, invoice, packing list, SDS, ingredient sheet, COA, or category-specific evidence where applicable.
Regulated goods separated
Supplements, medical-adjacent products, electronics, cosmetics, and food are reviewed differently. We do not treat a regulated SKU like a normal consumer product.
Buyer-side registration clarified
Import permits, FDA/CE/BPOM/SFDA filings, labeling, and local registrations are identified early so the buyer can involve its regulatory agent before money moves.
Claims kept evidence-based
We avoid making medical, clinical, or performance claims unless the manufacturer documentation supports them and the destination market allows the claim.
Legal entity visible
NihonBulk operates under SAAD International Co., Ltd., a Japanese company registered in Nagoya. The corporate number is published for buyer verification.
